Ideally located in County Durham, close to Darlington City Centre and Newton Aycliffe Business Park, Redworth Hall Hotel is one of the leading venues for business meetings and corporate events, with 9 function spaces catering for up to 300 delegates complete with any AV equipment, staging and lighting you may require.
The Prince Bishop Suite
Capacity: Up to 300/Dimensions: 20m x 12.4m
The Prince Bishop Suite is the largest of our banqueting and meeting suites and offers flexibility for all types of events. The Prince Bishop suite can divide into two smaller suites of equal size – the Prince Suite and the Bishop Suite – also benefitting from a reception foyer suitable for a break-out refreshment area or private bar facility.
The Great Hall
Capacity: Up to 150/Dimensions: 13m x 7.5m
The Great Hall has been recently refurbished to complement its original period features including wooden floors, feature stone fireplaces, high ceilings, and Minstrels’ Gallery, making this the perfect space for hosting a business event with character.
The Langley Suite
Capacity: Up to 40/Dimensions: 7.9m x 5.8m
The Langley Suite is the largest of the syndicate rooms with natural daylight beaming throughout. The suite can hold a maximum of 24 people in a boardroom type of layout, however the suite can also accommodate other layout styles.
The Henson Suite
Capacity: Up to 20/Dimensions: 6m x 4.1m
The Henson Suite also benefits from natural daylight and direct access to our business centre. The suite can hold a maximum of 15 people in a boardroom layout or a maximum of 20 people in a theatre style layout.
The Ramsey Suite
Capacity: Up to 20 Dimensions: 6.8m x 4.0m
The Ramsey Suite too has the benefit of natural daylight and flexible layout options. The maximum capacity for this suite in a boardroom layout is 15, however in theatre style the suite can hold up to a maximum of 20 delegates.

Gala Dinners & University Balls
Our dinner and ball packages start at £19.50 per person, and we cater to your individual occasion by offering both buffet and sit-down meal options. With the package you’ll get room hire, a red carpet upon welcome, choice of white or black table linen, custom menu and accompanying cards, place cards and table plan plus chair covers and free accommodation for the organisers.
